The Spa @ Equinox for providing me a complimentary day of therapy and relaxation at their Scarsdale center. It was a generous offer and I was only too happy to accept. I spent several hours exercising, steaming and being massaged. I felt stretched, lubricated, pampered and left feeling years younger, with not an ache or pain. Erika was my therapist and she did an excellent job. I wish I lived closer to Scarsdale; good massage therapists are hard to find. It felt good to work out twice yesterday, as I had run with the team in the morning. All in all, it was a lovely day.
